"Last night 04/01/2023 for the very first time I decided to try this restaurant as I wanted a change. I have lived in the area since 2013 was used to another takeaway very close by. I found a leaflet I had stashed away. Decided to order salmon tikka which they didn’t have. I then ordered a chicken saag aalo pizza 10 inch and a tarka Daal. Very polite man on the phone said it would take between 30 and 45 minutes it was about 50 minutes approx. I was to say the least very very impressed the tarka daal was much better even better than the other place which I have been ordering from. For approx 8 odd years. The pizza was 10 in square and I have to say really tasty. Like I said it’s my first time and yes it definitely tickled my taste buds so I will now become a regular here too thank you for the lovely food Rice and Spice."

"Terrible service, definitely do not order takeaway from here. The delivery driver claimed he rang the doorbell, then when I called him he said he had left to do another delivery and would be 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, he is not answering his phone, and when I called the restaurant they said they are not able to do anything. No offer of a refund or to send fresh food. A complete waste of money, and judging by other reviews, I'm not the only person this has happened to. Steer clear of this place. Update - it's been almost 4 hours since I ordered. The food never arrived, and I've had no refund. This restaurant is a scam."

"Was passing by this takeaway, and was super hungry. I thought I will have a lamb biriyani as it’s easy to eat with a fork sitting in your car. As their name suggests, they just got some rice, some spices and lamb & mixed it…. THAT IS NOT BIRIYANI!! A takeaway could not provide a plastic fork either, I was told “only spoon”. I have to be fair and say the price was average £8.95 and yes, it did have cubes of real lamb in it. Otherwise, I would give 0 ⭐️ !"

"We had the paneer curry pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The curry base was incredibly delicious and all the flavours were perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly and the service was nice and quick. 10/10 all round! Thank you!"

"I don’t know if their under new management but they have changed so much since the last time I went, which was couple months ago. The picture seen is £9.85 and if I wanted a bigger one it was £10.95 which ain’t listed on their menu. I went today which is 26th June 2022, and didn’t get 10% discount and when I mentioned it he said they got a new menu and 10% discount don’t apply. When I asked where’s the new menu he said it’s coming next week which I know is a lie the new menu meant to apply to me when u get it so he meant to go by the old one since the new one hasn’t arrived. Wish the old people was their who had good customer service skills."
