"I was very surprised at the service considering all the good reviews the restaurant has received so far. Once they walk away, waiters are very rude and speak condescendingly about the customers in their native language. I wouldn't have noticed it if I didn't understand the language myself, but it honestly made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere and was highly unprofessional. The starters were decent but the mains left a lot to be desired. The butter chicken in particular was unlike any other I had ever tried, and not in a good way. It was slivers of chicken in a nutty and sweet gravy. Not even remotely similar to the tomato based curry it's supposed to be. I honestly couldn't wait to leave the place and actually really regret paying the discretionary service charge. Whilst they were pleasant interacting directly with us, this changed entirely the second their back turned. I would avoid in future, much better Indian restaurants around in London - thankfully! EDIT: Thank you for your reply. You have perfectly demonstrated your level of unprofessionalism I was referring to for all customers to see. Well done :)"
"Came here for dinner on a friday night around 7pm. Was met at the door by a very friendly front of house and shown to our table. The atmosphere was comfortable and quite relaxed. My wife is vegetarian, and there was plenty on the menu for her. To start, we had onion bhaji and a harysia (not sire on spelling) chicken. Thr bhaji was beautifully flavoured and not greasy. The chicken was tender with cracking flavour. Food is all well presented. Main course we had paneer tikka and a tikka masala, rice, and nan. All food was well presented. The flavours were fantastic, and the quality of the food was second to none! I was incredibly impressed, and this is hands down one of the best Indians going."
"Really great little Indian restaurant food was tasty I enjoyed it . I really do like Indian food and I generally go to an Indian restaurant every time I’m in a big city all over the world it’s a little bit different than what I was used to alot milder spices. The only thing I could say is serve more ice with the drinks apart from that would definitely recommend keep up the good work guys"
