"i was nice and was reasonable price of £4.50 in a large container. I also got a vegetable samosa to find a strand of hair... I went back to tell the guy and ask for a refund but the guy didn’t seem to know how to do it (I don’t know if he was saying he can’t or doesn’t know how too) and there was no cash to give it that way either. Instead just offered to give a new one but why would I want another one when it’s probably from the same batch of the strand of hair ??? I ended up taking it as it seemed like it was going no where but I just threw it away as it was just soggy and heated up on the spot and I don’t really want to have another bite of hair in my mouth Just for improvement I think there should be some system/structure to handle these sort of situation, the man didn’t seem confident as to what he was doing and I’m sure a refund could’ve been possible if he knew how the machine worked or how to address the situation sincerely"
