"Amazing, I walked into the shop to find a bridesmaid dress, they didn't have the colour I wanted but I tried it on to see the size. They then ordered the colour I wanted to be delivered to my door. It came the next day and fit perfectly. Couldn't have been more helpful!"
"attention! They cheat and steal money! I placed an order from Poland. I did not receive the order confirmation, the clothes did not come, and the money in my account was gone and not returned. For your information, I have written to the UK bank and to the store many many times"
"I went into the new Stockport store to return something on Sunday 3rd March and the staff didn’t know how to do a refund on the till. I also wanted to purchase something else and asked if I could still use the £5 promotional discount originally used on my return purchases and the assistant was quite short with me saying ‘ you’ve already had it once so you can’t use it again’ . I did try to explain that I was returning those goods therefore it hadn’t actually been used but she wouldn’t budge. Not very good customer service, I can’t see it lasting long in stockport with the staff having that attitude"
