"This is the first time I have experienced this nando's as I've not been in the area before. We were seated quickly and were told they had no chicken but only wings. So we ordered the wings and a veggie burger. Some of the food arrived quickly but the veggie burger was completely missed. I had to go back with the receipt for them to then start cooking it. We were then told we had 10 mins to leave as the restaurant was closing. The veggie burger had to be made to go."
"Lovely layout and decor in the whole place. Since signal is a bit rubbish in there, there is a Nandos wifi to use if you are registered with them. This worked fine and we ordered our food to our table. Staff was helpful to replace our daughter's burger when the spice level was not to her liking, they were so quick about it. Lovely service"
"Food was good! Customer service was wonderful and we didnt wait too long for our food. We ordered using the app and accidentally ordered too many bottomless drinks (we order 3, there was only 2 of us sitting)! They noticed before we did, the manager came over and refunded the cost of the extra drink without us needing to ask!"

"Terrible experience here. I am regretful for the time and money wasted of both me and my girlfriend and after coming here. We were mistreated by the rude staff that also messed up an allergy order for us and then continued to take the situation lightly as if the allergy was not important. Also whilst ordering, inappropriate comments were made about the allergies which made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. Overall I am very disappointed with the entire experience and wish we had visited any other restaurant instead."
