"Were there for the NFL game. Just wanted something to eat. Was the worst restaurant experience ever. Guests sometimes waited hours and then got up to leave without ever having received anything to eat. Depending on the occasion, there were not even many customers in the restaurant. Wrong orders were delivered or parts were forgotten. The restaurant owner seemed overwhelmed. Organization just wasn't there. The quality of the food was poor but still acceptable."
