"No customer service, extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had an issue with my deliveroo order today initially a lady spoke to me and refused to accept what I was saying and when I called their food disgusting she got so upset saying that ''why do you speak like that? its food you are talking about don't say that please'' and afterwards a man took the phone introducing himself as the restaurant owner and asking me '' what did you say was disgusting ?'' repeatedly and shouting and speaking so angrily in Italian and English non stop not letting me to say a word, I told them that you don't know what customer service is and hung up. I really feel sorry for a restaurant owner who has absolutely no idea whatsoever of how to speak with a customer. Porcini E Salami pizza was rubbish and absolutely disgusting had no truffle oil in it as written on deliveroo. Not recommended at all"

"Me and my fiancé ordered from this restaurant with high expectations. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service and the lack of effort from the team members. We received the pizza cold in a crushed box and I’m convinced someone touched the pizza which put us off it completely. The pasta came in an open plastic container which fell all into the plastic bag alongside with the coke. To be honest the quality was so bad it looked like someone puked in the pasta. I took the coke out immediately and found that the sauce in the pasta leaked all over the coke and the pizza box. I couldn’t understand why the cold drinks were in the same bag as the hot food. Moreover, the chicken came pink and we were served scraps from this restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable as I have tried to contact the restaurant and they haven’t helped with any clarity to this matter at all or given me a refund. All the food I ordered went in the bin and we were absolutely disgusted and it’s just not tolerable from a 5 star restaurant at all! They blamed the drivers when I’m convinced it’s the restaurants problem. They won’t refund you and they’re incredibly inconsiderate and irresponsible. I won’t be ordering from here again."

"Booked for six of us to eat here on a Saturday lunch time just over a week ago. It was lovely as it was all decked out with balloons for the owner's daughter's birthday party.. We all had starter's followed by main meals and they were all delicious. Great service and really friendly staff. Really wished we had taken photos of our meals, as they looked mouth watering. I personally would recommend the spaghetti allo Scoglio. Mixed seafood was divine! Next time we're in the area we will definitely book again!"

"Disappointing experience. Wife ordered salmon and asparagus fetuccini except it had no salmon (see attached photos). We did point this out to the staff but they first said the salmon had dissolved into the pasta (!?). There was several back and forths. Eventually they offered to change the dish but by that time rest of party were over half way through their meals and would have finished by the time any new dish came. So wife ploughed ahead and ate the dish. Pasta and sauce werw nice. I ordered the sea bass with roast potatoes. The roast potatoes tasted fishy. Its a shame as we were looking forward to going and were recommended the restaurant by a friend. Sadly service and quality of food was not up to par."

"Visiting first time- nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, courteous staff. Ordered mushroom pizza and it was very good! Will return when next time in the area."
