"KFC as fast food restaurant is OK. Serves fried chicken, good for family quick meal if your busy doing shoping in C. O. And looking for taking a quick bite. Staff nice, however always ubderstaffed and takes long time for order to come. In my opinion best of fast foods."

"Would not recommend ever visiting this branch. Was made to wait 25 minutes for my drive-thru order and when went in store to complain about the wait I was told it was due to waiting for my side-orders of sweetcorn to cook yet while I was in store they were serving other customers sweetcorn right next to me and when my order was given to me the sweetcorn was lukewarm at best. Also the order was not completed as ordered and I had to complain about not being given the correct dip with one of my box meals to which the staff tried to tell me they'd given me what was ordered. On top of the poor customer service the site was untidy and litter strewn, I cannot comment on the condition of inside the store as was to busy having to argue with the staff to receive my order and exactly what I ordered. This was the most unpleasant visit I have ever made to any KFC outlet and I will never visit this site again as the whole was far from satisfying or pleasant due to the unpleasant staff and unkempt nature of the whole site"

"Don't bother! Ordered Trilogy box with side of gravy - they gave us beans and ordered 14 piece box - sides and popcorn chicken missing when we got home. Yes we probably should have checked before leaving but needed to get home. If you go - check your order before leaving!"

"I feel like 1 star is too highly rated for the staff that operate this brand of the franchise. Rude and offensive staff, I asked if they still sold Kansas BBQ bites to which I was told "I only have 1 pair of hands you'll have to wait" ...Had this been a man who said that to me, they'd be wearing a new face scar like an accessory but I digress as they were women. Regardless, no customer should be met with that level of disrespect and attitude for a simple question. Quality of the food was excellent, staff however ruined the experience."

"The food was rubbish, zinger tower meal, burger with what they call chicken had no salad or sauce and was really flat, couple of chips cold also, coleslaw with no fork. All bins are full and over hanging. Had a brilliant night with my partner and KFC ruined it all, I wouldn't spend a penny here, the staff have no compassion in their work, a joke."
