"I’ve just come out from eating here and it was such a wonderful experience. We regularly dine at different Pizza express’ as it’s my daughters favourite. At last minute I asked to add on an extra guest and I could see it was busy. I didn’t want to trouble them but the manager Chased me down the street to say they could actually do it! So that was the first 10 points :)))) Then our waiter Stephen was super attentive and we wanted for nothing. His personality is as brilliant .. accommodating without being overbearing… and he laugh at all my jokes! 20 more points!!! We will return… the food was .. as always EPIC!! "This is my third or fourth visit to this Pizza Express and the service is not the best. Very slow and today wasn't even busy. The food was good but the staff - although mainly friendly- tend to ignore things that they should do something about. For example, a group of adults and kids came in. The adults promptly put themselves on one table and put all the kids -who were mainly little- on a table next to us.The kids were really shouting and being extremely unruly (while their parents ignored them) and the staff did absolutely nothing. There is just a lack of customer service skills, really."
"Enjoyed lunch with the family. Friendly and helpful service providing us with 2 high chairs and a good spot that meant we could tuck the double buggy away in a corner. Food was lovely. Children's menu good value."
"We stopped here for lunch while shopping in Cheshire Oaks. Nice pizzeria, with big space and polite staff. We ordered pizza, pasta and pizza balls. Everything was very nice, even got one extra pizza because the first one they made wasn't perfect and they wanted my son to experience their perfect product. They have bonus star from me for this."
