"Ordered a vegan teriyaki box through JustEat for my partner who hasn't eaten any meat in almost a decade, and first bite taken turns out to be real chicken pieces rather than the extra tofu we requested. We have ordered in the past with no problem and really enjoyed it the first time but won't be able to trust them with any dietary requirements going forward. Tried to call the restaurant several times to request an item change to be met with the phone just ringing out or being buttoned."

"Staff friendly, shop clean Got a hot box and was very tasty except for the beef. I've got shoes with softer leather. I'm not joking. Order from there but make sure you don't get the beef, get chicken instead. Why I'm only giving it 3 out of 5."

"Firstly staff was friendly but unexperienced. Secondly got overcharged for peanuts and had no peanuts in my box. Same with pineapple there was none in sweet box.Dunno if recipe changed but it changed for far worse than the one I used to had in Chester. Wating time was so long like 35/40 min. Staff was just clueless no drive in them. My piece of advice get one of Asian guys that does woks in Chester to cook here and back to original meat recipe as I only had weirdly coated chicken in there as no beef or pork in the box too. Lastly get staff that has more drive and more knowledge pre train them well in different branch. Wont be going back sorry wish you good luck tho"

"It’s nice food but for£5.95 for salt and pepper chicken and rice the chicken was nearly just batter and not a lot of it the rest was rice low Quality rice I feel like I’ve been overcharged slightly should be £3.50 for what you get"

"I had the Yasi Yaki box which was quite tasty but was almost entirely noodles and, in fact, I had no tofu, literally not a single piece. My companion, who ordered the same thing had about five, and even that is a little thrifty. The staff were helpful and friendly and I like the place, despite the mean tofu situation."
