"Paid for delivery, due road works and a small diversion they then refused to deliver. Then said they would “when they felt the best time would be” and wanting double the delivery fee. Shame really as the food is normally good, the attitude of Helen on the phone was a disgrace."

"Haven't ordered here from years and realised why when food was delivered. Used their website, ordering was easy and food arrived in an hour, which is fab on a Friday night. Hot and sour soup wasn't hot, wasn't sour, tasted like gloopy bland gravy abd had very little meat. Pic attached. Salt and pepper wings had no seasoning, and were overcooked. Sweet and sour chicken balls had slightly soggy batter, again, chicken was a bit tough and you get a TINY pot of sauce. Generous portion and only edible item. Singapore vermicelli was mostly noodles, very little meat and not flavoured or spicy Banana fritters were OK but the watered down syrup had a weird soapy aftertaste. Won't order again."
