"Wish we could give less than 1 star. Waiting for over 3 hours for our food to then see that the order had been cancelled on the tracker. Says to contact the shop about it being cancelled however it is absolutely impossible to get in touch with them, kept putting the phone down and no money returned to our account (as of yet but would have assumed this would be automatic given that THEY have cancelled the order), luckily we paid through PayPal so can claim it back!"
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered our food, received a call 15 mins after placing our order to be told delivery will be 1hr 30mins. Food arrived 2 hours later, freezing cold. No dips which we paid extra for. The restaurant put the phone down on us when we called to chase the food delivery. The delivery driver said he was the only driver & had come from Liverpool to help them out & there’s only two people in the shop. They should not be taking any orders at all! They should not be open! To top it off a refund of our money is going to take 5 working days."

"Placed and order and received a phone call shortly after to explain that there would be a little bit of a wait for my delivery. Manager was very polite and apologetic and told me that he would make sure that my pizza was fresh and hot when delivered. I appreciated being told rather than left to wait without knowing. Great customer service and great food."
"Ordered over the phone because the website was off its head. It was instantly noticed that the staff on the phone was new and young but still very polite and we got there in the end. The food was nice and hot and arrived within 30 mins. Although I liked it I still feel its fell short of its reputation. I guess it will improve over the next few weeks."
