"Just been in Primrose farm and was served by the most loveliest lady ever. Her name was Julie. She was very friendly and so helpful. I was ordering a take away carvery as I've no kitchen at the moment and Julie was so lovely, she got two cartons for my gravy and even cling film wrapped them so they wouldn't spill. She was telling me about ordering carvery for Xmas day which I never knew about. That's the type if staff members you want working in a customer facing roll. She's a credit to your company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Julie . Thank you . The meal was delicious but the service was nicer."
"Amazing food and service from the staff. The lovely lady that served us was very friendly and took a couple of photos for us as we were leaving so that everyone could be in a family photo"
"Carvery is okay. The price on weekdays is £3 cheaper than weekends. On weekends is so busy, you might have to waited more than 15 minutes to order the drinks or foods. Variety of ice cream and cakes. Reasonable price. This is playground for kids inside as well."
"Came for late night snacks the food was lovely, staff looked happier the whole atmosphere of the place felt like a much more nicer and calmer place to be. Special thanks to Adam the chef he went above and beyond for us."
"Fresh food! Insane portions. Diverse menu. High value for money. Too good to be true? It almost always is, except for Primrose Farm. If you are going out to eat with one, with a group or with kids this is a MUST visit place. The environment is calm, the food is really fresh and the Sunday roast is perfect for any day of the week, you will live the Yorkshire pudding, make sure to double up. There is also really nice and ample space to sit and eat outside. In most big pubs like this there is a sacrifice made with service. You expect it and on a Saturday night at 7:00pm it is peak time. But the service is here was incredible. Mark was one of the servers and he went above and beyond to ensure that we had all we wanted and needed, checking to see if there was any way he could serve, give this man a raise!! The staff all seemed happy to be here, like they were taken care of and return the customers are all taken care of. This will not a be a regular place for us and we could not recommend it highly enough! PS try the GIGANTIC cake and if eating in ask for custard and they will sort you out. Enjoy!"
