"I used to love this bento, I'd order from here even when friends ordered elsewhere but the last two times I've received rice that wasn't undercooked but had then been left open to the elements and dried out. Really horrible. They also sent me non veggie spring rolls in the past and refused to even discuss it."
"I would like to give 0 stars. We never received our order and the restaurant said it wasn't their problem and refused to resend any food and wouldn't even give us a refund. They told me to contact Uber as it is their driver's fault (ordered through Uber Eats) and funnily enough Uber confirmed the restaurant is using their own driver and not Uber. Absolute disgrace."
