"Staff were friendly and food was good. Ordering and menu accessible via QR code, making it efficient to order. Was hard to get the attention of staff as most were training. I highly recommend the Tiramisu for dessert, it was delicious!"
"Unbelievably shocking. Could tell that the food served was likley warmed in the microwave. The food was definitely not freshly made. The meat balls were small lumps of mince meat Even the bolognese had next to no meat in it. Only positive was that the food came in about 5 minutes but that's probably how long it took to heat up. Was literally an overpriced microwave meal."
"Went to Zizzis with a couple of my old friends as we had heard great reviews about it. I am quite a picky eater so I ordered a beef meal. Can’t quite remember It now but I have attached a picture below. We had an amazing time. Courteous staff, prompt service and there were enough chairs to sit in."
"My sister and I visited here before a show. She had a voucher from work that she wanted to use that allowed us to order from a set menu. The food was great, apart from the aranchini balls (they seemed a bit greasy). The service was also really good. The only bad thing was we were told at the end that we couldn't give a tip on our cards but we didn't have cash since noone (including them) is accepting cash anymore. We felt a bit bad but we were going to a theatre show and wouldn't have had time to go to a cash machine and come back. Definitely would go back here in the future."
