"To start with I normally order from here and can never fault them, however today I ordered expecting the usual nice service, unfortunately I found hairs in my wrap and items were missing tried saying i but it there deliberately and then when I rang the person I talked to seemed like he understood and wanted to resolve the issue then said he would a replacement and it hasn’t showed up so won’t be ordering from here again"
