I ordered a festive special old fashioned rum which was a nice way to end the meal, service was both friendly & attentive. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years & never once had a bad meal in any of the gusto restaurants I’ve visited, always busy with a good vibe, this restaurant gets it right every time, you can see why they’re so popular."

"Went last night. The welcome and ambiance of the restaurant is great. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great as the service was abysmal. The food took ages to arrive by which time the kids we’re starving. The steak we had also had been smothered in butter but we didn’t ask for it to be removed as the food had already taken an age to arrive. The lady serving us was very apologetic and tried to fix the problem but when the bill came I was very disappointed to see a 12.5% service charge left on the bill with no suggestion to remove it, given they knew our service experience was bad it would have been nice to remove the charge. Probably won’t return which is a shame as I live quite close by."
