"Unfortunatly the Sweet and Sour chicken was very soggy this time, along with soggy rice. It was quite a soggy combo. Hopefully it can be improved kn the future to be more crunchy and less like a sponge."
"My first time here. The varieties of looks fresh but I got the cooked food I had spicy tofu and spicy deep fried chicken with noodles. The noodles are of lower quality, in my opinion. Yes, there are qualities of noodles. Of my 'spicy' dishes, they are not spicy at all for me personally. My friend had rice with sweet and sour chicken and spicy chicken (different from mine) and he said it was okish. My order was also okish. Overall opinion, do give them a try and make your own opinion. Would I go back again .. YES, to try the other dishes and sushi, which are what I like."
"It's been said by other but having been to other branches, eating here was the one that made me realise this was a franchise model and quality will differ. Hope the Kokoro branch put in some rigor around the franchisee's after this period of rapid growth to solidify product quality!"
"Mostly average food at reasonable prices, not bad for a pickup at Wimbledon station. The staff are friendly but one or two of the things on the menu are 'questionable'...the seaweed salad was faintly gelatinous and tasted a bit sickly, would not recommend, but the katsu curry is pretty good."
"Quality is not the same as in the other branches, but the main problem is that this place needs proper cleaning!!! Lights above the hot food counter needs to be replaced immediately. Wherever you look in this tiny space there is dirt. Please take it seriously and clean the place thoroughly."
