"Great place to eat out. The food was sooo delicious. Yam yam. Big thumbs up to Phoebe who served us. She noticed my wife wasn't too happy about the ramen soup that was too spicy hot to her taste. She offered to replace it with a milder flavoured one. Brilliant waiting staff, food and atmosphere. Will definitely come back again."
"Just typical Wagamama. Cannot call the food delicious, just ok. Kind of fusion of English and Korean style food for what I ordered, but it’s really worse than Korean food. Dumplings are more like micro-wave stuff, do not deserve that price. But the environment is good and spacious. Haven’t tried other food, so cannot comment on the whole menu."
"Visited the restaurant last night and had a great time as always. The food was great and came very quickly. Our server Anya was so lovely and helpful, as she is every time we visit. I can't fault the vegan food as that's what I order and it's all great. I ordered a Blueberry spice juice which was lovely and the vegan teriyaki "chicken" ramen."
"Located over the car park at Middlebrook, this large restaurant is well presented and seems generally pretty busy all the time. Greeted at the door, it was explained we would have to wait around 15 minutes for a table. Sadly we did have to wait outside, and even with heated brolly things, it was pretty cold. But hey! Covid etc! Was was called forward at around 15 minutes, and a very polite young lady brought us the menus and took our drinks order. Two pints of Asahi beer. This was once Japanese. I’m not sure what it was, but it was pretty flat and bitter. I think Wagamama should genuinely reconsider what they offer on draft. For the cost, this stuff was utter bile. We ordered a mix of around 6 dishes off the vegan menu (the vegan good is listed on the main menu too, but if you are vegan, asking for this saves time, they really do have a great selection of food on offer. We ordered pickles, an “egg”, kimchi, cauliflower dish, duck dish, and ramen. All the food was exquisite, if a little random in its delivery from the kitchen. One dish took much longer than the rest. The most complex dish arriving well before it. The pickles and bits and pieces came first. Then it got a little random. Still. We wasn’t without food! Free green tea is on offer. And after the dreadful draft beer, it was a welcome refreshing drink. Service was good. The restaurant spotless and well lit. Decent value band greats tasting food. Highly recommended. Don’t don’t go for the draft Asahi beer."
