“Food is delicious and so are the smoothies, staff really friendly and paciente, went for a late sunday dinner with husband, we didn't get rushed at all by staff, everything 5 stars, great decor and will for sure be coming back many more times. Not as expensive as other places, good value for money paid. Pity other restaurants don't treat you with this kindness.”

“On arrival we got given the menu as we waited for a table. When we got taken to our table the staff were quick at serving us and were very polite and had good knowledge of the local area as we were visiting.”

“Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”

My noodles were spicy, fragrant and there was so so much. They have both an authentic Chinese style menu and an English style menu for more local variety. You will not be disappointed.”

When deciding where to have my 30th birthday party a few people mentioned that Fig&Fennel do private events in the evening - wow wow wow! Lee was great! The food was absolutely fantastic - all my guests commented on the huge variety of food on the night and how delicious it all was. Me and my friend ordered the fried chicken nasi lamek, kind prawn sambal, roti and chicken satay (the most tender and juicy chicken satay I’ve ever had in my life! Omfg) everything was unreal, cooked to perfection. We also got to chat with Aunty Lotus herself! Everything in this place really feels like your eating round your Malaysian / Asian aunties house! “Been here a few times now and it has been excellent every time. The food is delicious, some of the best veggie food I've ever had! Can even take meat eaters and they love it too.
