"Absolutely god-awful service last night. Order a £20 order that never arrived. Literally £20 down the drain that they are refusing to refund. Placed a second order only for it to come without ice cream, told the driver the order was incomplete and he yelled at me that it wasn't. Rang to ask that he bring the ice cream, he yelled at me again, hung up, blocked my number. Tried to get through to the store by phone, left ringing for 30 minutes and repeatedly hung up on. Never ordering from here again, absolute bloody disgrace."
