"Late, app said it had been delivered when it hadn't, repeated phone calls to get almost no information, didn't get phoned back when they said they would. I'm pretty sure they just need to double the the number of staff."

"Theyve really gone down hill recently. This is the second time this has happened. Pizza was out for delivery for 45 mins and was cold when it got here. When I chased them they blamed it on traffic but there wasn't any according to Google maps. They even updated the app to say it had been delivered when it hadn't."
