"Pathetic customer service. I called to enquire if they take cash since my card expired and a although new one was sent, I am yet to update my telephone number change with Barclays. Which means I can’t order anything online with it since it wants to authorise usage is me by sending a text to a number I no longer use. When the person informed me they don’t take cash, I wanted to proceed to ask a question about the food, since my friend wanted to use her card to order it. Before I could finish he hanged up on me mid sentence. Thank you, you lost a potential customer who orders pizza at least once a week for gatherings of 8."
