"Bringing your rude delivery men to my door never again! Lost a loyal customer! Disgusting making me take the pizzas out the bag myself and struggle with my kids! Driver turned up with a face like a slapped a***! No hi, no bye, not even you're welcome after I thanked him! Fuming!"

"I had a previous order that there was an issue with and had left feedback, the store manager later contacted me and had offered a free pizza whenever I wanted it which I was not expecting to get anything back when leaving feedback. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you"

"Ordered a custom large pizza today and quickly realized that the pineapple topping was rotting/spoilt with a bitter taste. I notified the store and the manager was adamant that it could not be the pineapple. No resolution was offered for what is essentially a botched order. I have given two stars because the delivery driver was wonderful. Otherwise would rate zero"

"Today I received an appalling customer service from the Chef Manager at Hackney Wick - London. I have ordered a pizza with ham, mushroom and onion and I received a COLD pizza with ham, mushroom and corn (which I am allergic to). I have called the store to inform them my order was wrong and if I could receive the right order. The Chef Manager, did not apologise and asked me if I had eaten the pizza. I repeated that I did not touch the pizza cause I was allergic to corn and they told me not to eat it and that they would send me another one. While on the phone I have also made the manager aware that I was still waiting for a refund for a previous order (drink missing) that the driver promised to give and that I had to chase on the phone twice before. The Chef Manager informed me that "IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM" and that he can't refund something of days ago and that I should have called when I did not receive the refund (which I did twice and I trust them when I was told I would receive it). He repeated once again that it was not his problem and he can't do anything about. I waited over an hour for my replacement pizza which NEVER ARRIVED. So I am now out of money, out of a meal and with a pizza I am allergic to. Utterly disgusting."
