"Five starts only for the sole worker on a Saturday night, Kevin ! I entered the store craving a pizza to find that this young worker is alone on such a busy night of the week. However, he dealt with my order professionally and served me in a fantastic way. My question is, what is wrong with the management? Saturday is the busiest night of the week and you are exploiting your best worker on it !! No excuses for that !!"

"Tonight we ordered from Papa John's for the first time and it will definitely be the last. Despite being located just 0.5 miles from our flat, they managed to deliver all our food cold, which is quite a feat given how close it is. It also showed up in the tracker as having been delivered 20 minutes before it was, meaning I had to call the restaurant a couple of times to find out what was going on. On a Saturday night I understand people are busy and I could live with waiting 50 minutes for food if it had actually been hot! When I called to complain I was offered a replacement, but by this time we couldn't be bothered waiting another hour. I wasn't offered a refund or credit for another time. The pizza itself was worse than average. Hardly any toppings, especially lacking in cheese and while edible, even if it had arrived hot I wouldn't order it again."
