Papa Johns Pizza

"Over two hours wait for pizza. Ordered when hungry at 730pm. Heard nothing, called the store 15 times and the call would be answered and terminated. Pizza eventually arrived 930pm when we'd lost the will to eat- and it was cold and completely inedible. Avoid."

"I have had a woeful experience ordering pizza from this branch of Papa Johns. The shop accepted my order, took my money, and then sent me multiple messages to assure me the order was 'being prepared', 'in the oven', and 'on it's way', before cancelling it completely more than an hour later. Terrible service. Avoid."

"I will never order again. The app shows they delivered 20 min ago and when I called them they said it was an error and the pizza would be here in 3 min. Now it’s been 30 min and it’s still not here. I try to call and no one answers. Ridiculous! They are very misleading and dishonest. I don’t have time to deal with such unprofessional people. If only they didn’t have my money I wouldn’t chase them."

"Just grabbed 2 pizzas and some drinks from this location. Came in under 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Tasted great and was still hot. My advice to ensure good service: leave a tip for your driver! They earn it and that extra motivation might make a difference in your food delivery experience :)"

"It had been an hour since I ordered so I called and they said they would check on it. Then 10/20 mins later on the tracker it said it had been delivered but it hadn’t, so I called again, they said I was lying and my pizza had been delivered, and they had a picture of it outside my door which it wasn’t, no one knocked on my door and no one called the phone on my account. They kept accusing me of lying so doubt I’m getting a refund. I’ve ordered from this store a number of times before and never complained, so the accusation of lying is pretty rude."
