Papa Johns Pizza

"Good was great. I did takeaway, bigger defined and tastier than I'd imagine. I haven't tried this chain before. Service average and slow, but I was in no rush."

"Delivery took 1 hour 20 mins but they are probably busy on Saturday night. What really gets me was that added extra cheese but didn’t get it and missing ingredients and sauce on the pizza. Haven’t been using Papajohns for years because of this and it’s still the same, won’t try again. Being using Dominos and my local branch never failed to deliver - fantastic pizzas, quick delivery and hardly ever missing any ingredients."

"Where do I begin…Absolutely shocking !! 1 star because I cant leave zero. Wrong pizza but when you complain, suddenly no one speaks English. Manager on holiday when I telephoned to resolve my issue but when I walk into the restaurant, there he is, clear as day. Now they become abusive because they have been busted and suddenly speak wonderful English just not the type of English you want your children to hear, lots of swearing but still no correct pizza as ordered and paid for. Honestly….AVOID!! Plenty of places in the neighbourhood to eat and some of those also sell pizza without the abuse. Pizza Express, Pizza Hut & Pizza Pilgrims ALL within walking distance. Also, Papa Johns customer service do not give a S…T about us customers and that’s a fact. If you don’t believe me then good luck with trying to get through to them and getting any resolution."

"I would have left a0 the customer service is a lot to be desired very rude and uncooperative not only was my first pizza cold when I complained I was told that I could receive the same order in return and they will take back the old one second pizza came it was hot but it didn't taste right base and toppings were incorrect when I call to complain I had a rude and very disrespectful response from either manager or a member of staff as they did not reveal their name to myself and then and then did not want to hear what I was saying they put the phone down after all that the first pizza that they wanted to be returned was left just outside of our doorstep very disrespectful. I also believe I have been made ill by this pizza I have been on the toilet and repeatedly vomiting all day"
