Papa Johns Pizza

"Tried calling over 10x its been 2 hours and my delivery still isnt her whe it was marked after 30 mins from time of order saying it was delivered. Suddenly out of curiousity i looked online for review and seems everyone has the same issue. I don't even care if its gonna be late but someone need to answer and let people know atleast. Not sure how this place is still open. Papa john need to deal with the people franchising this store. (still waiting on delivery.)"

"Ordered a pizza online, after half an hour the online tracking said it had been delivered so I rang them. The employee on the phone at 7pm 15/02/23 said that the pizza had just been dispatched and would be with me any minute, despite online tracking saying that the pizza had already been delivered. I waited another 40 minutes and no pizza arrived. I rang the branch again and they said they had attempted delivery 40 minutes ago and tried to ring my number and noone had answered so the pizza was disposed of. I had no missed calls and no-one rung my flat buzzer. I asked for a refund and have received no confirmation of refund or any money back."

"The pizza tracker said item had been delivered when it hadn't. I called the store to find out what was happening. Tried ringing 4 times, for about 20 minutes, no one answered. No answer phone or anything. So I had no idea whether food was coming or I needed to order from somewhere else. Eventually a guy turns up with my stuff. I said "this looks like a lot of food" and he said "well it's what they gave me so it must be yours." He drove off and then I saw it was also someone else's order, so they went without. Then the food itself was really quite gross. It tasted weird. The garlic dip is horrible (I actually ordered tomato but they gave the wrong one). The pizza wasn't actually cut. I'll definitely be sticking with dominoes next time."

"I had a really great experience ordering from here. The team were very friendly, and professional. The pizzas tasted lovely, and the manager of the store was very professional, and hard working. I’ve ordered multiple times both in store and home delivery."
