Firezza - Crouch End

"Absolutely Shameful!!! I ordered an ice cream but once the order arrived at home I received two portions of chicken wings!!! Ridiculous. I promptly called the restaurant to ask for explanations and they justified themselves by replying that they didn't have ice cream available so they decided to send me two portions of chicken wings without even calling me in advance to ask me if I agreed. Almost as if there was no big difference between ice cream and chicken wings!!! On the other hand, after apologizing over the phone to remedy the mistake, two disgusting portions of frozen tiramisu were sent to me. As for the pizza, nothing special!!! You'd be better off looking elsewhere. Never again!!!"

"Terrible service - do not order from here. Ordered pizza for delivery. After an hour and a half I phoned them and they said the pizzas would be on their way soon. After two hours they said that they had just left and would be here in 5 minutes. After 2 and a half hours when we were still waiting I phoned again and they said that the pizza had already been delivered 10 minutes ago and refused to refund me when I explained I hadn't received them. I phoned them numerous times but they refuse to believe me. Absolute fraudsters."

"Used to love firezza but absolutely shocking service three times in a row now and today pizzas an hour late, no toppings and out of mozzarella cheese, for a pizza restaurant! Had to put it in the oven when it arrived and it came with the cheese on the side - is it a make your own?! Don’t know what’s happened but even if you used to like firezza give up and don’t order again to give it a final chance like we did. Unless you also want this unfinished stone cold pizza (missing three toppings) delivered to you for £15 with no refund or proper apology"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE… I used to order pizzas from here all the time and then ordered 2 pizzas for my mates as I told them just how good it was. Honestly, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We were waiting over an hour for the two pizzas and then when we called they said they weren’t sure when/if the pizzas would be delivered. The pizzas were then delivered half an hour after the call, which were cold and the mozzarella dippers were burnt. Their customer service team were incredibly rude and although I’ve always loved their food I unfortunately won’t be buying them them again or recommending them! Such a shame as the pizza used to be so good."
