"Very busy restaurant. We went on Saturday after match day. We could have done with a bigger table. Three kids and two adults sat at a normal size table. When the food arrived we were moving drinks and water and had to overlay plates to fit everything. The waiters didn't really care or pay attention to help us resolve the issue. They held the plates until we had moved the food around and when we took it off they went. It was so tight that one of the kids dropped a glass on the floor and still we weren't moved to a bigger table. I found my pasta and the aubergine roasted peppers pizza too salty. The dessert was delicious."
"Authentic italian food with a decent pricing. Most meals are around £9.50-12.00. I love their lasagna and especially their calzone. And their desser menu is also lovely, their gelato, tiramisu and the banofee pies are great. Seating is okay, somewhat cramped but thats when it gets busy. Atmosphere is also nice. This place also has a lot of Italian people visiting so you can tell its authentic. I do have to note my friends and I are Asian and when we visited, both the groups of Italian families that my table was in-between were staring at us constantly and made us very uncomfortable. Other than that its a great place to eat. I recommend visiting in the afternoon for lunch instead of dinner as it gets rather busy."
"This place was packed, a show of how popular it is. However my experience based on the food was not great. I tend to frequent authentic Italian pizzerias in London, yet this one wasn't on par to many. I found out this place has been around since the late 90's, and it seems it has lost its way comparing to many new authentic Pizzerias that have opened in London over recent years. The first thing I taste on a pizza is the crust, if the dough is good the pizza will be so. Yet I found the crust to not be enjoyable and lacked some flavour with poor texture. I was sat in a position seeing the pizzaiolos at work, and the focus was speed rather than care with their pizzas getting no love. I watched one pizza get made and saw a load on ingredients get thrown on. A place that has too many items on the menu, isn't going to do 1 well for sure. The only good thing I take away was the service, and wine selection. If you want a great Italian pizza in London head elsewhere, as within 10min there are a couple of great pizzerias in this area!"
"What a great place with such a good atmosphere and great food. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and we will most definitely be back soon"
