“Vesuvio's did not disappoint us for our Valentines meal. Great portion sizes and excellent friendly service with a smile. I had the bruschetta to start which was so good, the balance of the garlic and dressing with the sharpness of the tomatoes was perfect. For mains I wanted the seafood risotto which wasn't on the special valentines menu but they were so accommodating and said they would give me it anyway and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and perfectly emulsified making it decadent and creamy also very generous with the seafood. For dessert I had Tiramisu, again proper nice and creamy. Lovely soft biscuits soaked in coffee that tasted so clean, cold and fresh. We will be coming back 100% Keep it up Vesuvio's you're doing such a good job at creating an amazing, relaxing atmosphere.”

“Had a lunch here on the off chance as I had heard a lot of good reviews. True Italian (staff and customers), staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. (This was perfectly illustrated when a customer walked in thinking it was still a cafe and wanted a takeaway tea. So they made him one). Food was really fantastic and perfectly cooked to order. It's not the cheapest but it's absolutely worth the money.”

We ordered lots of items to share between six people, including the truffled gnocchi, etna pizza, truffled mushroom pizza, panacotta and dessert pizza with pistachio crème. It was all so good. It gives a warm, yet sophisticated atmosphere. The wine list has also been update. I highly recommend the Gavi, it is rich, buttery, with fresh/ zesty notes. The food was equiste, the seared scallop starter was excellent. Punto is family friendly, but equally suitable for a romantic evening or meeting up.with friends. “Had dinner here with a friend. We were just looking for somewhere to eat after her gig and stumbled across this place. Was really a good decision as we were impressed with the decor and the food was excellent. The portion sizes were very generous and worth the price. My friend had the lasagne and I had the stuff chicken breast with mash and veg. The restaurant is also very family friendly and has a kids menu. I would definitely recommend and visit again with my family.”

“Excellent place in Mayfair, the ambiance is warm and elegant. We had dinner last night and everything we tasted was delicious. The highlights were the seafood soup and the tuna tartare, both recommended if you visit the place. We need to come back to taste the meats too. The Ferrari sparkling wine was great and accompanied our food beautifully. We tried the tiramisu too, perfect balance between sweetness, alcohol, coffee and creaminess. We are going back for sure.”

I joined them last week and was so impressed by both the waitress and the duty manager for the way they engaged with us and looked after us all.
