Papa Johns Pizza

"Driver refused to give over food despite being shown a confirmation of order. Then argued that the building wasn't the building. Then tried to drive off. Shop offerwd no apology and refused to refund the order or fix the awful service in any way."

"This Papa John’s branch is appalling. My family and I have had to wait for over an hour to get two large pizzas, two sides and a drink. I wanted to speak to someone about this in the branch just to check on the status of our order but no one answered the phone. Tried calling again and they either disconnected the line or left it on answer so no one would call them or made it seem like the caller was busy. If you’re a local to Kennington, order something else before you waste your money, time and patience!"

"I think it was great pizza in general. In London it's hard to order pizza, because it always comes cold and inedible. At least the delivery here was fast and pizza was warm and the peperoni were tasty."

"I have to say, me and my partner had enough of bad experiences with papa johns Kennington branch. We are customers for years and every time we order food, it either comes super late or cold, the order never arrives with all of the boxes (sides or drinks are usually forgotten or left behind which obviously took additional time for the driver to go back to the shop and collect it and even when an item is replaced by something else due to low stock, we’re not even informed. Once, our pizzas and sides got messed up, we contacted the shop and the manager gave us some kind of discount/ voucher (only to tell us that this couldn’t be used anyway) . . . Today, we decided to stop ordering from them!"
