“It's been a fantastic journey for the Cibus team, and their Levenshulme restaurant strides out ahead of the pack, offering a sophisticated dining experience. The first notable point is how much this doesn't feel like a Levenshulme location but more aligned with Manchester dining venues. The lighting is low and creates an intimate atmosphere, heightened by the proximity to other diners, which some may feel a bit too close but you've got to pack them in - on the 2 occasions I've visited both have been packed! The food is as perfect as you'd expect. The ingredients are carefully selected to offer a taste that doesn't hit you over the head, instead offering subtle flavours. Pair this with a carefully curated selection of wines and beers and you've got a great night guaranteed. If you have room I'd definitely recommend having the Pistachio ice cream to finish - the best I've tasted this side of the North Sea.”

Great atmosphere, they have an Industrial theme going on with naked ply board and concrete walls, exposed ducts and pipes. All the slices we tried were great, crispy base, plenty of olive oil and top class toppings. Draught beers cover all your modish crafty requirements and the rest of the drinks menu is well put together. Staff were super friendly to us. “First time trying blonde lady very friendly let us try sauce before ordering. Left pasta in photo is salmon and right picture is spicy chicken. Spicey chicken with mild sauce was really tasty glad I didn't have the spicey sauce as it would have been too spicy. Salmon was also tasty aswell which I never really eat. Decent portions we ordered two large pastas and two decent drinks for around 20 pound and we was that fill we didn't have the energy to finsh off shopping ha ha .”
