Pippa, lynne and all the ladies are very welcoming whenever i have visited the shop, even if they have all been busy they are always polite and say that someone will be available as soon as possible, the longest i've had to wait is about ten minutes and they were very apologetic about it! We came from Cardiff and hadn't been before and were really impressed with the light show and special effects. The dinosaurs looked very snug and warm wearing scarves and Christmas jumpers. We especially enjoyed the train ride where a very enthusiastic elf gave us an 'elf and safety' talk before accompanying us on the ride, making it a fun experience for everyone. All of the elves were very friendly and we had a great evening, thoroughly recommended!”
