“Had a great time. We went a group of 6 and the way it was set up meant that we could all be occupied with different puzzles at the same time. I’ve done a few different escape rooms, and something I noticed about this one, is it was challenging. But we didn’t really need much guidance, which helped with the immersion. Ellen was great! Leasing us into this world that clearly has had a lot of work out in to make it great for us!”

Lucy gave the most amazing show that not only captured the children with excitement & wonder but held their full attention for the whole hour. There were giggles & gasps from children & adults alike. “What a wonderful place to stay! Location is great, short walk to town and the villa building is lovely. The room was nice, breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly! Had fresh flowers and cookies in our room everyday, felt spoiled! The rooms do not have A/C but they do provide fans. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Went for my Covid booster, while I was there had a quick look around the course. Very smart - looks a good course. Also as you approach is an open Golf course was quite busy on that day. There are refreshments there and plenty of parking. Enjoy if you visit. (Not necessarily for Injections!!). Was interesting to me as I never knew Bath had a race-course and I've been many times to Bath over the years!!”

“Stayed for one night with my boyfriend to explore the Bath Christmas markets. Really clean, gorgeous room, friendly reception staff. We even got a free hot chocolate from the bar on Sunday evening. Great location - right in the heart of the Christmas markets and shops, near Bath Abbey. Would really recommend!”

“Wow! What a gem! Perfectly located on the University bus route just outside of town; so regular buses in and out. Room was very clean and spacious. Bunk beds very comfortable and cosy. Black out blinds too. Shower rooms and toilets very clean. Breakfast was lovely, would definitly come back again! Excellent value for money x”

“I've been regularly visiting (once a week or more) for over a year now with two of my children. I have a membership which means I get great value for money. Due to limitations on the number of guests you do need to book in advance but I don't mind doing that if it means we can go at a time that suits me. Afternoon sessions are usually quieter. It's a lovely and wholesome play space with super kind and helpful staff. They do hot drinks for adults in child friendly flasks and great food for kids and adults. I feel comfortable knowing that both my children can free play and it's not big and bustling like larger softplay so I am comfortable taking them on my own.”

“Lovely park and gardens. Parts of the house were being renovated while we were there, but the exhibition and tour of the house was still absolutely worth it. The volunteers of the National Trust are doing an excellent job and in every room there will be someone telling you a story about the house, the artworks on display, all with a lot of passion and attention to detail.”
