“Absolutely amazing. I know nothing about cars but they were able to honestly advise me about what needs doing and what I simply do not need to do and unnecessarily pay for. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to have the MOT and service on my car done although I gave them hardly any notice (didn't realise my MOT was out of date...). This is the third year I used this garage and every time I received the same amazing customer service. I'll definitely come back for as long as I'm a car owner.”

“Took car in to repair damage to towing electric socket. Whilst doing that they noticed problem with tow bar which had probably been there since being fitted in Feb 2017. Corrected on follow up appointment and now much better clearance. Brilliant service throughout.”

“These guys are great. Just had my second mot with them and they fitted me in last minute, as I accidentally let my mot run over a little, they worked around me and got me all sorted. This year no issues and a simple pass but last year I needed some work done, they were clear on pricing and didn't pressurise or talk down to me, I'll definitely keep using them. I have recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so. Edit: I've kept using them since my initial review and they are still as good as ever. Edit, edit: just had another MOT, I got my times mixed up and they were still brilliant and sorted me out no problem”

“Amazing. Took the mini in following another local garage screwing up the electrics meaning the car wouldn't start. Dan and the guys spent ages working on it trying to fix it. It was getting to a point where I thought the car would be dead forever. However, they wouldn't give up and then they worked their magic and got it working again. When the bill came I was amazed at how reasonsable it was. I'll certainly be taking the mini back there again for servicing, MOT etc. Simply brilliant.”

He tested my battery (which needed replacing) assisted me to purchase the correct replacement, disposed of the old battery and offered to fit the new one; there is a charge I believe but I didn’t need this today. “Excellent and quick service. A blown up fuse was replaced from the water pump circuit due to freezing temperatures. This was causing the fault of pump not functioning. Diagnostic found and dealt by assistant Jacob of We fit team at Halfords. He also recommended two washer -20° C to -10°C antifreeze liquids to use from now and on A big thank you.”
