“This is a huge B&M Bargains. It has an outdoor garden area and inside home and furniture are upstairs. There's no alcohol license unfortunately but plenty of food and cleaning products stack the shelves!!”

“Hi Thought I would write a review about my recent experience with Cotswold Appliances. Purchased a fridge freezer for my mother who needed the old fridge freezer removed. I did explain that it would take a while for her to get to the door so give, he a bit of time. Both the delivery guys were fantastic with my mother connecting the appliance up as well as removing the old unit. The office was also extremely helpful when purchasing and phoned an hour before the delivery to get my mum ready. 5-star outfit who would be my first choice for any further purchases Yours Jerry Ballinger”

“Bought a Siemens integrated fridge at the Hengrove showroom on Friday and it was installed at 0900 on Monday. The installers, Andy and Terry, were fast, tidy and efficient. Purchase price was good too, so can't be faulted.”

“Just reviewing the service so far as we haven’t fitted the appliance and I don’t review unless there is something to say. They were friendly at first contact despite clearly being very busy so I felt they wanted my business. They were very straight forward about the condition of their products ( graded) and very swift and helpful in arranging delivery. We were offered payment options of over the phone, website or coming in. They didn’t hide behind their website as so many do. The lads delivering were happy, helpful, and accommodating for a complicated and unusual delivery situation with stairs, obstacles and animals. An all round excellent purchasing experience.”

“The engineer came out quickly & rung in advance as requested. He advised that the 2 appliances were not economic to repair & should be replaced. The charge for the call-out (£35) was deducted from any future purchase. The following day I checked what appliances were available from BDA & price matched online. Initially BDA looked significantly more expensive but when all the add-ons were applied from the alternative suppliers, BDA was a little cheaper. They came & fitted both appliances a few days later - on time & very competent. Old ones removed & all packaging taken away. Very pleased with the fast & professional service...all within 1 week.”

“An independent electrical business that has been here a long time since 1970. About 2 years ago. One needed a new cooker and hob for a kitchen after the Council fitted a new kitchen. Had to be fitted in both cases not standalone. No more bending down. Didn’t find what one wanted in the usual places or too expensive. A brainwave was to use a search, so on Bing brought me to Euronics in the results. Turns out they were an association of independent electrical and electronic stores. Some names I recognised but interestingly Eddy’s Domestic Appliances featured as an Euronics member store. Further research led me to Belling and having had a microwave by them before and I had used a Baby Belling myself at school, sold especially as the last British manufacturer of its kind. The hob one wanted, check and importantly the oven was only available at an Euronics member store. So around we went. So, refreshing, numerous items neatly arranged on display in rows or mounted on both sides but easy to get through the store. Service was simplicity itself and I had the Belling catalogue numbers and details ready. Both items confirmed and ordered for delivery only and soon delivered in their sealed polystyrene crates. Later installed by Council contractors and have worked perfectly ever since. So much easier and efficient. Service from Eddy’s was fuss free. No sense that anyone was trying to pounce on you to sell you something as soon as you walked in or not something you wanted. It has been quite a while since I bought something from an independent electrical and electronic store. The whole process was so effortless and fuss free and so impressed by the range of items an Euronics member store stocks from the Euronics website. The prices were a revelation. Certainly not as expensive as you might think especially for something British designed, engineered and manufactured. They also do servicing and spares too. In future for anything electrical, this family business would be my and Mummy’s first choice to visit! My highest recommendation!”

“Kelvin and his team have just left me with my dream kitchen after two weeks of hard work, unexpected blips sorted promptly, everything left clean and tidy each evening and always cheerful, punctual lads to greet us and the dog every morning( she still hopes they might turn up). This is the second kitchen Kelvin has made for us and I am now looking forward to the bathroom upgrade. I would highly recommend Kelvin, Dawn and their team, nothing is too much trouble and they will always give good advice.”

“Excellent service today (well, yesterday now) when a group of us descended upon the store looking to browse. We were offered assistance shortly upon entering the store but not immediately (nothing worse than being approached the second you walk in somewhere) and informed that any info we needed the staff were more than happy to help. After a while browsing the treasure trove of pots, pans and other equipment we came to the knives. The lady who was dealing with us at this point was a delight who was very knowledgeable and didn't try pushing any products on us. After having a look I felt much better equipped to .ale a purchase once I get paid which I will definitely be doing in store rather than online now. Overall a hugely positive experience”
