I've already reserved for next Tuesday and plan to be a regular guest once a month for a treat to myself each month . Wonderful rooms, the robe and slippers were a lovely extra touch. Much better then alot of the city hotels I've stayed at too”

“Stayed here for 4 days. Location it’s great, there was a lot of construction around but that is not the fault of the hotel as there was a lot of construction around the city in general. Rooms were on the small size but the bed was comfy. Room and restroom was clean, although I did find a bobby-pin just on the edge of the shower, but everything else seem cleaned. Walking distance to all the stores, restaurants, bus stops, and Central station. Staff was friendly and professional, the guy that helped check us in even offered to provide tips on where to go. Would stay here again.”

Johnny who checked us in and out was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He truly is an asset to this hotel. We were complimentary upgraded to a suite and the room was beautiful with a great view. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We’ll be back.”

“Such a great place to stay! All staff were so welcoming and helpful, the room was clean equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The view was breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails at the rooftop bar. Finding the hotel and parking was very easy.... we will definitely be coming back!”

“Lovely boutique hotel. My apartment was lovely and comfortable with nice layout. My bedroom room cosy with adjoining balcony spectacular views. The apartment is well equipped with all the comforts of home add bonus excellent value. The Milton is conveniently located next many restaurants, a supermarket, cafes ect.... Great place to walk, near the ferry and train station and the city centre; shopping, restaurants & bars nearby. Excellent value and definitely great value. Staff are profession and personal.We would definitely stay again. l would highly recommend. The Milton Hotel, Brisbane.”

“Reasonably priced and had breakfast included (which contributed to the reason that I booked here). Opted for the slightly larger room and I am glad we did. Room was clean. Check in staff and breakfast staff were cheerful. It is quite a busy hotel and has a vibrant buzz to it. The breakfast offering was simple but nice. Hot items were scrambled eggs, pork chipolte, and baked beans. Not complaining for a complimentary breakfast. Another nice touch was the labelling of the pillows. Would be happy to stay again.”

“Airport Steve is the BEST. From the moment we walked in, we felt like friends. He was so helpful, and the beds were great. Hot water in the shower was amazing. Definitely would stay again. Also, if you're looking for a great spot close by to eat, then do yourself a favour and drop into the Sakana Japanese dining bar. It's the bomb.”

“As every single Meriton in Australia they all look exactly the same. The finishes, details and fixtures are just basic, not bad but also not the best. Checking was good and the staff was very friendly and kind. Lifts work very well and fast. They tell you how long you need to wait until it arrives. A great improvement in customer service. The apartment as I said above is just basic. The kitchen is really well equipped, and with everything you need for cooking. Bedrooms are small, beds are almost against the window. Bed was very confy and we slept very well. The view from level 68 is stunning. There are 74 levels. We were in room 6803 facing West. If you want views to Story Bridge you need to make sure you get rooms xx04 or xx05. Facilities are great. Swimming, SPA, sauna and gym are located in level 5. Very close to Fortitude Valley, 10 min max walking.”

“This was a wonderfully central motel for us to stay before leaving for Hobart by plane the next morning. Only 9 kms from the Airport Parking that we prefer. The room was well set out, beautifully renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The Proprietors were so helpful and pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. The tarruf was very reasonable as well.”

“Got a top floor room with an amazing view. Rooms are really well presented and service is great. $30 for overnight parking doesn't bother me but might be a surprise for some. The room rates are very reasonable for the quality so will definitely be staying again!”

“Stayed here on 2 separate occasions. Nice modern room and amazing location. The river view is stunning, especially at night when you can see the ferris wheel light up. No issues with noise. Bed is comfortable. Pleasant staff. Great value for money. The only thing is they use a multi purpose soap - hand, body and shampoo. If that's not your thing, BYO. Will definitely stay again.”

“In Brisbane for a family reunion. We booked two rooms.. one for my elderly Mum. The staff organised ground floor rooms in close proximity.. perfect. Both rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and kitchenette had everything needed. Highly Recommend…”

“Stayed there couple of times for business. Customer service is always a stand out at this location. Walking distance across to the airport or a 5min cab ride. Rooms are well appointed. With couple of restaurants in the vicinity and a shopping centre across the road it’s very convenient location.”

“Great hotel, very much boutique style. Breakfast for $35pp and it’s buffet style. The chef is a very cute elderly woman who makes things fresh and regularly checks on the food and refills what needs to be filled. Room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view. We stayed in the Riverview suite with the spa and it was a very nice stay. Staying again in June for my birthday, very excited to go back to this hotel.”

“As some of the other reviews state this is not the newest most pristine motel in the area but the rooms are adequately spacious, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. What sets this place apart from many others is the warm welcome from the friendly helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble they even lent me a USB plug after merely enquiring where I could purchase one locally. Highly recommend 5⭐️”

“We booked the family suite for 3 adults. Queen size bed in bedroom. 3 singles in main room. Although this room was dated, I'm told it is the last to be updated, it was very large, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning in main room and bedroom. Lots of windows to catch the breeze. Very quiet location even though you are meters from Gympie Rd. The delivered, with a smile, cooked breakfast was a bargain and was beautifully cooked. Meal discounts are offered on many surrounding restaurants and clubs just show your key. A great valued hotel loved the spacious room will definitely stay again.”
