“My grand daughters had not been on a whale watching tour and I made the right decision to book for the next day. We were greeted by immaculately dressed, well organised and courteous staff. The boat is in excellent condition and is designed to give everyone a great vantage point. The day was amazing with multiple pods of whales up close and personal flapping their fins continually and showing off their huge bodies and white underbellies. My youngest daughter suffered some seasickness and the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. Nothing was a problem. A well earned 5 star rating from me.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Elizabeth Five Stars Cinema. The theatre was stunning, and the customer service was top-notch. We were excited to watch a rare Hong Kong-produced movie, which only Five Star Cinema in Brisbane was showing. However, there was a technical issue preventing the movie from being displayed. A kind staff member promptly apologized and informed us that a remote technician was working on the problem. Despite the initial setback, the staff kept us informed about the progress and even offered us free popcorn as a gesture of goodwill. As we waited for over an hour, the staff continued to update us on the situation and provided refund options. While we were disappointed to miss the movie, we truly appreciated the staff's helpfulness, transparency, and dedication to making the best of a challenging situation.”

“Wonderful cinema Make sure you try to see your movie in the Titan luxe cinema with superior sound and extremely comfortable seats and it is regular prices Tonight 23.June 2022 it was only$18 so very cheap night out! I enjoyed the duck spring rolls”

“This place has a really good soothing vibe about it when You get to the top of the stairs. There is a bar available as well as some snacks. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Inside the cinema the reclining lounge chairs are so comfy, almost like home. Recommend going for the experience though it may wreck it for other theatre's. Also it's worth joining their membership club, it comes with a free movie ticket which covers the price of the membership and gives discounted prices from then on as well as earning credits towards free movie tickets.”

“Really pleased with the cinema experience offered by five star cinema's. Check-in was easy and the staff were able to direct us to our seats and answered all our questions (as we had nor been to any cinema for many years). We prebooked in one of three smaller cinema's which offered a very comfortable experience with all seats having excellent views of the screen. The chairs are fully reclining marking the experience very comfortable.”

“The theatre within the cinemas were on the smaller side however big enough to be comfortable. Plenty of leg room & arm space which is good. Though not gone to the gold class these cinemas do have it. For a night for a couple of hours. The parking lot was full due to the Saturday night diners of the restaurants. Though other parking is available for free. I would highly recommend these cinemas & would definitely go again.”

“So cozy, we’ve been going here for years. I don’t know why there aren’t more people who watch movies here but it’s great - always really quiet. It’s cheaper here than most other cinemas, and the recliner chairs are more comfortable as well.”

“Been a member at Dendy for a little over 12 months. We live out of town but find the cinemas and surrounding precinct just lovely when in Brisbane. Smaller theatres, well priced and friendly staff.”

“I went to see the Chinese sci-fi movie The Wondering Earth 2. And I was a fantastic experience. The self tickets printing machine works well. And the seats are bigger than cineplex. They also have many other Asian movies too.”

“Was a nice evening although I may of gone to Crystal with too high of expectations as I was dissapointed by the show, thinking it would be like their last show before covid in Brisbane which was amazing. The entertainment center itself is a great place! And very well organised. Looking forward to my next visit.”
