“I absolutely recommend this vets, receptionist is lovely and the vet that I saw took such good care of my cat and was actually interested in my concerns and spent the time needed with him and they were so gentle when giving him his yearly vaccination. I use to go to The Vet Lounge Coomera before this but I will never go back there as they don’t really care they just want ur money and to be as quick as possible. This will be my new favourite vets to take my babies to as they are so caring and take their time and the prices are so affordable compared to the one I use to go to.”

“I love coming here, not only for the wide range of pet supplies but also because you never know what to expect when you arrive. They always have kittens, puppies, guinea pigs, ducks, geese, mice, rats and everything else in between. We even got out little puppy from here - it’s a great place to brighten up your day.”

“The staff here are what make the place great. If you are an animal lover you will be in great hands here. They are a wealth of information and will find the information for you if they don't personally know it, they go above and beyond what is considered good customer service by todays standards. They are exceptional. They retain staff for years and frequent customers are remembered and treated like friends, they remember your name, your kids names, your pets name. They are always friendly, smiling and happy to chat. In 5 years I have never had a negative experience or had stock unavailable. They have a sensible assortment of different items for a range of different pets and can meet your pet care needs. Keep being amazing guys and gals.”

“Being a VIP member I get really good rates, free vet consultations, free teeth cleaning once a year but wait there's more 20 percent of everything I purchase as well as discounted meds. Xena needed a hip x-ray, at completion the vet went through all x-ray results and provided a very clear picture of what needs to happen going forward. Great work by the vet, very helpful and trustworthy.”

“First time that a doctor has been able to diagnose what has been giving me headaches and pain for 5 years - just in the first session! Thanks Dr Zoe Martinez - you are always worth the wait :) In this day and age, it's easy to get impatient with long wait times...to me it simply means the doctor is careful and likes to ensure they have made the time to diagnose you properly. If you are someone who can't take the wait, and need to go somewhere where they will whip you in and out again and treat you like a number, go to one of the other million Medical centres in Townsville. I don't mind the wait, because I know that when I am in with the doctor, I get her undivided attention, and she spends as much time with me to get the job done, not get the Medicare invoice signed.
