“This week Hanson cut my hair for the first time and I am totally delighted with the results. After a series of bad or very average cuts, to walk out of his salon feeling so satisfied was a wonderful feeling! “I found Rachel in my desperate hour of need, after an unsuccessful visit to another hairdresser left me with a colour that was nothing like what I had asked for and could stop traffic, it was that bright. The moment I sat in the chair I felt relieved and at ease with Rachel's friendliness and welcoming manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I was well aware that Rachel had already finished for the day and was staying back to help me. To that, I was very appreciative. Throughout the whole process, I found Rachel to be extremely professional and informative. She was able to correct one of the worst colour's that I have ever had. But what I found and have never had before was that she actually cared. A couple of hours later, Rachel messaged me to ask how I was feeling about my hair after my visit. He has great products and he also advises on how to look after your hair at home. Although he doesn't sell hair dryers he told me that a Dyson dryer would be perfect for my hair. It has been the best investment as it doesn't make my hair frizzy. Thanks Ed”
