The moment I sat in the chair I felt relieved and at ease with Rachel's friendliness and welcoming manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I was well aware that Rachel had already finished for the day and was staying back to help me. To that, I was very appreciative. Throughout the whole process, I found Rachel to be extremely professional and informative. She was able to correct one of the worst colour's that I have ever had. But what I found and have never had before was that she actually cared. A couple of hours later, Rachel messaged me to ask how I was feeling about my hair after my visit. She wanted to make sure that I was happy. I am 100% happy with Rachel and have found my new permanent hairdresser.”
