“Tony is one of the most reliable and lovely florists I've ever used. The flowers he supplied for my wedding were absolutely outstanding. He was there setting everything up on the day at the venue and I didn't need to worry about anything. He brought up the bridal bouquet for me on the day and assured me everything was in hand - a really great touch. The flowers look amazing in all my wedding photos and they lasted for ages afterwards! There are not enough stars to rate the exceptional service and arrangement created for me by Ginger Lily Florist. Ginger Lily went above and beyond to create a funeral arrangement for a dear friend who suddenly passed. I live overseas and was unable to attend, so having a meaningful arrangement meant everything. Via email and phone, they were prompt and responsive to the quick timing required for the order, empathetic and so in touch creatively in adding unusual, personalized touches to the arrangement (literally going out and buying what extra was needed) which brought so much meaning to the arrangement for the family. “Wow- some of the best service I have ever received. I received some beautiful flowers for valentines day. One day later some of the flowers had started to die/wilt. Obviously this is slightly annoying so I emailed them and apparently they had experienced a problem with their hydrangeas wilting and they sent out some more (beautiful) flowers within the hour. The flowers that they sent more than made up for the wilting flowers. I am SO impressed with their service. I will definitely be coming here in the future.”
