“I used to play table tennis here with my uni friends. The facility is good. It is located near the entrance to the university. It was really nice to have such a facility, which was fairly easy to access. I am sure the university still have the same facility to this day.”

“I was really impressed with this group. Our girls were quite nervous when they first arrived yet they had a very warm welcome. Both leaders introduced themselves and one of the boys helped show them where to put their bags and coats. The girls loved it. They made lots of crafts and had a science day as well as making cakes. The food is made on site too. The school has all the safe guarding you'd expect but also comes with playgrounds, allotments, woodland and more. If the girls are happy, I'm happy.”

“This is always a good venue for party hire not only sports facilities. Good parking although limited on match and practice days. Be aware of priority access on Chalky Road, it gets somewhat congested and awkward on exiting the centre.”

They are all enjoying Sompting Abbotts as they are doing fun science experiments, lots of sports activities and making dens in the grounds with their friends. I train there (and occasionally teach some classes) every time I am in Brighton. I totally recommend this gym for white and blue belts, but also for higher belts who prioritise values-based training. On top of all that, you will get to meet some truly fantastic people.”

The level of detail they go through with you to ensure you progress safely is awesome. The lessons are tailored to suit and Christine will go out of her way to accommodate specific times and dates (wind and tide permitting) . Once your confident and safe they support your independent learning and are more than happy to help you launch and land ensuring everyone is safe. They will also keep an eye on you and give pointers and advice. Christines also is a great source of knowledge when it comes to buying your kit, she knows exactly what set up suits you best depending on your size and skill level. I bought all my kit from her and got a fantastic discount , the wetsuit choice especially. I would highly recommend this school for anyone looking to start or progress .”
