I have mainly dealt with Dr Katie Armstrong who has been a life-line and, indeed, a life-saver. I've gone from feeling hopeless and out of control, to feeling as close to normal as I can at this stage in my life! To know I have help at the end of a telephone line or email (and immediate help if I need it) is such a huge relief to me. I honestly don't know where I would be without Clinic51 and I know they will be in my life for many years to come monitoring my HRT and all that that entails. They are a blessing.”

“I had an excellent conversation with Practice Pharmacist Carmelo who responded rapidly to my Klinik request and took time to listen and discuss my complicated health issues. He was able to take a very helpful holistic overview as well as explore symptoms and medications in more detail and I felt properly heard and understood. He also included questions about my mental health in regard to my condition. He came up with a plan and steps for me to take which he will follow up with me. I feel reassured that he is taking my situation seriously and looking into what needs to happen. Very much appreciated!”
