“New Client 1st time, out with friends. The food was absolutely bagging. My starter was Spare Ribs the meat fell off the bone, the sauce was lovely, I can't say much more as I enjoyed this dish immensely. My main was a Pizza with cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni and jalapenos. It was a pizza but again it was lovely, fresh and I ate everything on my plate. Staff were very attentive, chatty and could not do more for you. Excellent customer service. Atmosphere was noisy due to a large group right next to us, but the staff had asked them to lower the level of noise, I did not complain personally but was happy that they had been asked . Overall: Everyone in my group said much the samething, 5/5 from us all, and the biggest compliment we will be back hopefully is again the same experience. PS: Personal thanks to all the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the food-in fact the seafood linguine is the best I have ever eaten! Yes, it's that good! Lovely helpful staff, brilliant chefs. “First time visited. Fascinating history where they use to trade cloth. Now they have some quirky shops and plenty of eateries and Cafés where you can relax and watch the world go by. The shops are located on two floors. To be noted, there are some lifts! And good facilities at each corner of the hall.”

“I was sold a holiday to Egypt, by Sascha Maycock In Halifax. A clean, and inviting shop. Friendly staff, Sascha Maycock made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything perfectly, and for someone with Autism that she was unaware of, her natural friendly manner made me feel safe and well looked after from the beginning. My holiday is booked for September 2022, and will update my review accordingly after the holiday to reflect the complete experience. But thus far, I'm very happy and have no concerns.”

“Staff were impeccably dressed. The guys on reception were lovely. It's a big old building with lots of rooms. It looks as though it's due a revamp, but In this current climate, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious and airy. The bath was big and deep and the towels were fluffy and clean. Breakfast was down stairs, and attention to service was lovely. Something you don't always get nowadays ... Nothing was to much trouble. Definitely worth the money..”
