This company could have charged me to visit and charged me a few hundred pounds however he advised me what to do over the phone and my boiler is back up and running perfectly. “Sound fellas. not interested in ripping you off. they do exactly what it says on the tin. i turned up. needed spark plugs replacing. usually if not always they don't allow anyone to buy their own product. however he overlooked this. took less than 10 mins. but standard mechanic time is half hours pay. cant argue to be honest. total cost was £39 for fitting. this was done with no engine diagnostic which essentially is standard for any car. including turning engine management light off. there lads. simple as that. they arnt out to damage or screw anyone over. you pay for what you want. simple as that. what i wouldn't recommend is pro Tyre in ilkley. mechanic standards based on first opinion. 9/10. speed and quality of service 9/10. price!! 8/10. would i go again. 10/10. need my breaks doing and probably replace a sensor. honestly cant argue. cheers lads! review left as promised.. genuine and truthfull”

“Not all heroes wear capes! In amongst a very stressful few days looking after my parents, a warning light and beep came up on the car. Something to do with the coolant and instructions from the manual not to drive the car, I'm 250 miles from home. A shout out to a friend who lives in Saltaire and he gave me Northcliffe Garage number. The most friendly, helpful garage in Yorkshire! They checked the engine over for leaks, topped up the coolant, took it out for a test drive, kept it in the garage overnight to check coolant levels in the morning. Thank you Mike, Marilyn and all the team at Northcliffe Garage for amazing and friendly service!”

I live up a small county lane which makes it a pain to get the car onto the drive and I had two 'accidents' one where I dented and scratched a rear panel and bumper and the second time I had a scratch on the front bumper (I've since learnt how to park my cat!). Quotes taken form the website were responded to very quickly and arrangements made for the fix were great. Both times the dents and scratches have been completely fixed to an amazing standard. There's absolutely no trace of the damage. The prices for the jobs were very fair and when the car was returned looking like new you know you've paid for a first class service.
