It has been very tough for retail businesses in the UK, even for bigger companies like Curries. However, the staff still smile, still laugh, and continue to provide consumer excellence consistently. Feedback: You need to retrain your staff on Currys Price Promise as in store i was told they would not do a price match in-store against the UK company I wanted to purchase an Air Fryer from (I I had read and new all the T&C's of Currys Price Promise from Currys online website). Currys Web Chat had already price matched as well, but I wanted to buy it in-store. I went home and spoke to someone on Currys Shop Live (it's like a telephone call). I can't recommend this service highly enough it was Excellent. I ordered and collected to store, via this service as well, then took out a New Care & Protect Policy in-store.”
