“Only a couple of minutes walk from the overnight parking in the adjacent multi-storey for the plaza. Very happy, friendly and welcoming receptionist on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. A good and quiet undisturbed sleep. Easy to adjust and powerful (can adjust power too) shower. Good food and quick service in the adjacent Beefeater. Very pleased. Would stay again and would recommend.”

“Stayed most of 1 night prior to early morning flight. Rooms usual Premier Inn standard. Extra tea, coffee etc available in reception. Had meal in adjacent Beefeater which was great. Hit cocktail hour (5pm) by chance and activated beefeater card for 50% off our food, so brilliant value. Taxi booked from hotel reception came exactly on time. Overall a stress free start to our holiday.”

“Fabulous hotel in the city centre. A true gem this one. Cozy rooms and delightful staff await as you arrive. Clean and hygienic and just beautiful. Good lift and safe area that's central. It's well worth staying here as it will improve your experience of Bradford, which is a cracking city that's underrated.”

“Great venue and very helpful staff. It's quite a climb to the first tee, but a lift is available. Clubhouse and Hotel are very nice and the catering was excellent. Lovely views on the golf course, and very challenging greens, a good test of golf. Really enjoyed the 2 day break with friends.”

“We enjoyed our stay but we're very disappointed in the man who greeted us for breakfast, he followed us around and kept standing near our table or when we were getting coffee etc with his arms folded. He also got my partners breakfast order wrong. This was our only grouch on an otherwise flawless visit but it did spoil our breakfast time together”

“This was our first time leaving our dog with Joe and I couldn't be more pleased. We had used our previous kennels for 11 years and unfortunately, they closed down. I was really worried about leaving our 12 year old Jack Russell in a new place but he was absolutely fine. The free bath service was a massive bonus as we didn't have to chuck him in the bath as soon as we got home. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be going back.”

“Excellent customer service, by a very attentive lady at the reception desk. Short walk to the city centre. Our apartment was very modern, comfortable, and we had a very good nights sleep. We will definitely be revisiting again !”

“Sue was an exceptional host during our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy and have comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The choice and quality of breakfasts was also great. Will definitely be staying here again if we come back up for Ronde van Calderdale in 2022!”

“We have now have our puppy from AllBreeds pet Boarding and she is perfect. Shirley has done an amazing job, our puppy is so happy, sociable and confident with important routines in place. We got a puppy pack with loads of vital information in. Shirley is still there for support as needed.”

“We had our wedding at Holdsworth House and they did a spectacular job. Franck made us feel so welcome and looked after at our tasting. Amanda did a fantastic job organising the event and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. She was a star! We had an amazing day and guests kept telling us how beautiful the place was. “We had a fantastic experience here. They were able to add an extra bed for my son and when I mentioned that it was his birthday they placed a lovely gift in our room. The room it’s self was also lovely. The scenery is stunning and being able to book out the pool was a real treat. It was also one of the nicest breakfasts that we’ve ever had. Thanks again!”

“Stayed here for a couple of nights while attending music festival nearby. Good value. Rooms are a bit dated but extremely comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The night barman was entertaining. Dog friendly and a great park is nearby. Will return.”

“My wife and i were given a warm welcome on arrival and the Manager/owner told us some history about the hotel. Unknown to me he had been told it was my birthday and i was given a birthday card and my 1st drink was free. Meal was lovely and room was perfect. Secure private parking also ..there is a nice park round the corner for a walk Would stay again .”

“Myself and my partner stayed at this lovely hotel whilst in Huddersfield for my birthday. The staff were so attentive and helpful! My partner asked if the reception staff would put some birthday balloons and banners in our room whilst we were out for the day and they went above and beyond, the room was wonderfully decorated with an assortment of balloons and birthday banners! We spend some time in the bar which was well stocked and very clean and enjoyable to be in! Would most definitely come back again!”

“Spa is amazing had a wonderful back massage and facial on the afternoon tea package. As we've been numerous times before and loved the afternoon tea even recommended to many.... sadly this time it was a let down. Why change what was faultless before. Definitely recommend the spa but not the afternoon tea. Will go again as the spa and staff faultless but will opt out of the tea.”

“A lovely family friendly hotel! Friendly staff, good prices, beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and great breakfast! We explored the area, visited the Keighley Bus Museum and got to ride on a steam train for the first time, which was a big hit with the children. Highly recommend booking with Dalesgate, if you want to try all those things in the day and get some serenity after a day of fun.”

“Sunday lunch with the family. We booked at short notice for a party of 9. Good choice of meats, loads of vegetables and very generous portion. Staff were all super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Extremely good value for £9 .”
