"Take my mum every month to be able to use the disabled access room. Always need more towels. Room very comfortable.beds always comfortable. Staff can't do enough for you. Always friendly and helpful. The only down side this time was one of the main lights in the bedroom had gone and the room wasn't as light as it could have been. Otherwise no other issues."

"As with most premier inns, the room was basic however clean, quiet and comfortable so could not complain. The location is excellent being right in the town centre with lots restaurants and bars close by. The only small issue is that you have to pay for parking however that car park is right next door and reasonably priced for 24 hours. The overall price of the room was quite good value for money so I didn't mind paying that bit extra for parking. Overall would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!"

"Really good value and location, the staff were very helpful and the rooms and common areas are all clean. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The only dis-advantage is the car-park in a little expensive to park in overnight at £12 and there are limited spaces due to the number of reserved spaces."

"Only a couple of minutes walk from the overnight parking in the adjacent multi-storey for the plaza. Very happy, friendly and welcoming receptionist on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. A good and quiet undisturbed sleep. Easy to adjust and powerful (can adjust power too) shower. Good food and quick service in the adjacent Beefeater. Very pleased. Would stay again and would recommend."
