“Warm friendly staff happy to go above & beyond. Clean, comfortable spacious room, great to have control over heating, thermostatically controlled radiator, and ventilation, tilt top opening window - fresh air! So almost silent compared to air con style systems in hermetically sealed rooms. There was also a stand-alone fan system available but didn't need to use that it. Good quality thick black out curtains so no intrusive light from outside at night, nice view over the canal. Good sized pool for a UK hotel, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & plenty of gym facilities. Extensive range of food available for breakfast. I'd recommend & stay with the chain again.”
